Abstract

The article specifies the leading role of interactive learning technologies in raising efficiency of educational process in a modern university; it opens up the interactive potential of flipped learning; and accentuates the necessity of game assignments in a practically oriented professional education, as well as the role of game in enhancing students’ motivation for self-learning activities. From these aspects, the article summarizes the experience of using game assignments in flipped learning within the “Russian Language and Culture of Speech” course; demonstrates the possibilities of Moodle electronic learning environment for organizing self-learning in the mode of interactive interaction; reviews the main advantages of game forms of learning on various stages of handling study materials. Experience shows that Moodle game assignments in flipped learning are effective for preparing for classroom training, reinforcing knowledge, and developing certain skills.
Game  assignments  develop  intellectual  activity  of  students,  enhance  their  interest  in study materials, stimulate intrinsic motivation and involvement in learning.
